Experience Irish Hospitality
at The Irish Time Pub at Turkey Creek

Perhaps the most famous expression of Irish hospitality is best experienced by area residents at The Irish Times Pub and Restaurant located at 11348 Parkside Drive in nearby Turkey Creek.  Owner and former Dublin resident, Jon Ferrie, has truly captured the imagination of all who have visited Ireland and experienced the warmth and charm of a traditional Irish pub.  And if you have never visited the Emerald isle, it exists just minutes from your doorstep at The Irish Times.

But don’t take our word for it because seeing is believing.  From the very moment you exit your automobile, you will see the much anticipated green exterior with gold accent trim and lettering you remember from your last visit to Ireland or from John Ford’s movie “The Quiet Man”.  But even a better experience awaits you inside.

The Irish Times is actually two separate facilities.  As you enter through the double doors, the pub is on your right and the restaurant on your left.  Both offer an authentic Irish experience.

Turn to the right and enter as strangers and leave as friends.  Grab a pint of Guinness and socialize with both old and new friends in a truly Irish atmosphere.  You can also enjoy a variety of live entertainment throughout the week including traditional Irish music.

And you have got to sample the Irish coffee.

Looking to reacquaint yourself with authentic Irish food?  Turn to the left as you enter and find yourself in one of four quaint, yet charming dining rooms, each representing one of four Irish provinces.  Their menu includes a variety of both Irish and American cuisine sure to please the most discriminating of palates.  Try The Irish Times corned beef, cabbage and potato soup or the Galway Bay Mussels.  The Fish and Chips features fresh cod and expect to find traditional corned beef and cabbage.  The menu is extensive, portions large and quality superb.

By the way, you will also find Shepherd’s Pie and Irish Stew.

The Irish Times is also available for meetings and conferences and offers wireless internet and a catering menu.

So what are you waiting for?  Put on the “green”, jump in the car and head on over to a bit of heaven on earth at The Irish Times at 11348 Parkside Drive in Turkey Creek.  They are open at 11:00 a.m. daily for lunch.  Phone 865-675-8800 for more information.
